You can easily make regular or
freezer jams using commercial
pectin such as Certo or SureJell
available at most stores. Good
directions come with these
products. Preserves are equally
delicious made either with fresh
or frozen strawberries. So if
you don't have enough time now,
freeze your strawberries and
make your jam later. |
