Jams & Jellies
You can easily make regular or freezer jams using commercial pectin such as Certo or SureJell available at most stores. Good directions come with these products. Preserves are equally delicious made either with fresh or frozen strawberries. So if you don't have enough time now, freeze your strawberries and make your jam later.

* Tip - For best results use exact amount of fruit call for in the recipe. You can't fail. If your jam does not jell it makes great sauce for ice cream or pancakes.
